Jocelyn's journey of becoming a studio owner was unexpectedly paved when the studio she had been teaching at for 3 years prior suddenly became available for sale. With her passion for instructing and sharing her knowledge, she decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship. Having to make this transition in a short amount of time, Jocelyn had to come up with a name quickly. Drawing inspiration from her birthday - 7/7/77, considered the luckiest day of the century - she decided on Studio7 as the official name for her studio.
Studio7 was officially opened on April 1st, 2014, and has since grown and evolved over the past decade. Initially called Studio7 Pilates + Barre, Studio7 offered a wide range of services (Pilates, Barre, TRX, Mat Pilates) but the global pandemic presented a catalyst for change. With Pilates being Jocelyn's first love, she made the decision to refine the studio's offerings, dropping Barre and traditional group classes from their offerings to focus solely on Pilates.
With her loyal team of instructors, they worked tirelessly to develop a Pilates program that catered to all clients' needs. Today, Studio7 has expanded into a 3,000 sq ft facility, carefully crafted to meet the needs of her clients.
Our passionate team brings a unique blend of skills, experience, and enthusiasm to our studio, ensuring a supportive and uplifting environment for every client.
