At Studio7, we believe it is best for us to teach exercise flows in layers. This allows us to keep our classes suitable for all levels and empowers each client to make exercise choices that feel best for their body. If you've never been on a Reformer, we strongly recommend our Get Started Pack. If you are concerned a class format may not be a good fit for you, please speak to one of our instructors and we will happily direct you to a format that may better suit your needs.

We are so excited to introduce you to our scheduling platform, Momence! Momence is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate to keep track of your schedule. They also partner with Stripe and can accept ACH (direct debit), which will help us keep our costs low. Please consider adding your ACH information when you setup your new Momence account.

Frequently asked questions

If it's my first time, what should i wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. (We do not recommend shorts without liners)
 Gripper socks are required for all classes. Please check our COVID protocols here.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

 For the safety of all clients, we now require gripper socks. If you do not have any, you can purchase in studio.

What time should i arrive for my class or session?

If it's your first time, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to get acquainted with the studio and your instructor - we'll be excited to meet you.

After your first session, to limit the flow of traffic in our lobby, please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes for your class or private session.

I have never used the pilates reformer before- do i need a private first?

In order to get the most out of your class, we require at least one Private session first. Our 'Get Started Intro Pack' includes 2 private sessions + 1 class for $100 - this is ideal for anyone interested in joining our classes. Purchase the special online, then email to schedule your two private sessions.

IF I'M PREGNANT, CAN I STILL DO PILATES?

We ask you receive permission from your medical representative before participating in any of our classes. Please inform your instructor before class so they are aware and can help you to modify when necessary. If you feel you would better benefit from private sessions, our instructors are trained on current prenatal and postpartum health and fitness techniques and can provide a challenging workout in a safe setting. Most importantly - everyone is different, listen to your body and only do what feels right

DO I NEED TO RESERVE MY SPacE AHEAD OF TIME?

We require registration for all classes through Momence. Walk-ins are welcome, but if the class is full there may not be room for you.

what if i need to cancel my class or private session?

We understand, life happens! 

Cancel your class 6 hours prior to the start time to avoid losing your session. Cancelling less than 6 hours from your scheduled class will result in a loss of your session if you have a package or membership or a $15 fee for our new client two week unlimited packages. Please note: no showing 3 classes will result in being put on scheduling penalty list - you'll only be able to schedule a class 12 hours in advance. 

If you no-show a class, you will both lose the class AND incur an additional $10 fee. With classes limited to 7 clients, we appreciate your cooperation + understanding.

I'm on the waitlist, now what?

We suggest always signing up for the waitlist - cancellations happen often. If you are added to the class roster, WAITLIST notifications will be sent via text and email. If you receive a notification, you have been added to the roster and are expected to be in class.
 
Be sure you have your text notifications enabled in your Momence account.

what's your inclement weather policy?

Class cancellations due to bad weather are determined on a case-by-case basis. If classes are cancelled, you will receive a notification text, email, and the class will show as cancelled online. If you're unsure about the weather, please cancel yourself online. Please do not call, email, or text to inquire about class status.

what is your return policy?

All sales are final and non-transferable, including retail and class packages. Classes have a 6 month expiration date.
