Introducing the Sunday Series

We’ve been wanting to add more workshops to our schedule, and the time has finally come – introducing our new Sunday Series Monthly Workshops!

On the last Sunday of the month, we will host a workshop that focuses on a specific Pilates principle, skill, or area of focus. Some of the workshops will be for the more advanced Pilates student, some will be geared towards a beginner or learning something new, and some will be educational about a specific topic and how it relates to your everyday life.

Our teachers are so talented, have a vast amount of information to share, and are passionate about movement and feeling good; these workshops create a setting where we can expand on our knowledge in a collaborate atmosphere that is not usually possible in classes.

Based on the survey we conducted a few months ago, Sunday afternoons between 2-4p were the most popular times. We are scheduling the next two Sunday Series to begin at 3pm, but are open to feedback on different days and times – we would LOVE to offer these workshops at various times throughout the year. We’ll announce the workshops for June 28th, August 30th, and September 27th next month but we’re taking July off because…..summer 😎.
